Sushi Poke Bowl
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Bowl:
1 pack extra firm tofu
1 cup cooked sushi rice
1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
2 radishes, sliced/
1 avocado
1/2 cup cooked edamame
Sliced green onion for garnish
Poke Sauce:
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
2 tbsp tamari
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp SEA SPICE Original and/or SEA SPICE Sriracha
Remove the tofu from package and drain excess liquid. Press it between a towel using a hard object for at least 10 minutes.
Cut the tofu into small cubes.
In a small bowl, whisk together the sauce ingredients. Add the tofu and marinate for 20 minutes.
Once the tofu has marinated, add a splash of oil to a pan and pour in the tofu mixture. Cook each side until deeply browned.
To assemble the bowls, add a scoop of rice for the base, and top with veggies, avocado, tofu, and a sprinkle of Kove SEA SPICE!
