With summer coming to an end it means cozy szn is upon us and SRIRACHA SEA SPICE CHILI is the best way to enjoy it
To make it you’ll need:
1 lb vegan ground meat (choose whichever one is your fave!)
1 can kidney beans
1 can black beans
1 large (796 ml) can diced tomatoes
1 small (184 ml) can tomato paste
3 celery stalks, chopped
1 medium onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 jalapeño pepper, chopped
1/2 lb mushrooms, chopped
1 tbsp oil (I used avocado oil)
3 tsp Sriracha SEA SPICE
Spice blend: 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp salt
1/3 cup chili powder
In a large pot, heat the oil on medium heat and cook the vegan ground meat until it’s browned, then add in the onion and cook for 3-4 mins. Add in the garlic and cook for another 2 mins. Add in the celery, peppers, and mushrooms, and cook for 4-5 mins, then add in the spices. Add in the beans, diced tomatoes, and tomato paste, mix it all up, then simmer with the lid on for an hour on low heat.
Get cozy, put on your fave series and enjoy!
