SRIRACHA SEA SPICE POTATO SALAD

SRIRACHA SEA SPICE POTATO SALAD

Your new favourite summertime salad! This potato salad is SO easy and delicious. The longest part is waiting patiently for the water to boil ;P

To make it you’ll need:

1 cup mayo
1/4 cup Dijon mayo
2 tbsp sriracha SEA SPICE 
1/2 tsp salt 
1 tsp smoked paprika 
1 package soft tofu 
5 cups potatoes, sliced
1 cup cucumber, diced 
1 cup sliced cherry tomatoes 

Bring a pot of water with the potatoes in it to a boil and boil for 8-10 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft enough to poke through with a fork. Drain them and run under cold water or place in an ice bath for a few minutes to cool the potatoes down.

In a large bowl, add in the potatoes, cucumber, tomatoes, mayo, Dijon mustard, salt, sriracha SEA SPICE, smoked paprika, and crumble the soft tofu. Mix with a spoon until everything is well combined and coated with sauce, and enjoy!
