This is a classic go to recipe for when you are feeling snackie or need an easy (and cheap) dish to whip up for a party that is unique and guaranteed to impress!

1/4 cup + 2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup tahini
1 can chickpeas
2 tbsp Kove SEA SPICE
1/2 tsp salt
3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup aquafaba
2 tbsp olive oil

Drain the chickpeas while making sure to save the precious aquafaba which is the formal name for the chickpea water.

Put all of the ingredients in the food processor and let it go for 2-3 minutes until it is well blended.

Dish it out into a bowl, top with another few shakes of Sea Spice, serve with your favourite crackers & crudités and enjoy!
Store in an airtight container for up to a week in the fridge.

Thanks to Sam Bates @vancouversam for this mouth-watering recipe.
