We looove a tofu marinade over here and this tofu marinade made with our signature seaweed seasoning SEA SPICE turned out so flavourful!
For the marinade:
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
3 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp Kove Sea Spice
Combine all of the marinade ingredients in a bowl and then pour it over the tofu. We used firm tofu that I pressed for 30 mins and sliced into two large squares.
Cover the tofu with a lid and shake it up until the tofu is coated with the marinade, then put it in the fridge for 12-24 hours (the longer you let it marinate for, the better it will taste!).
Air fry for 15-20 mins and then a bit more of the marinade on top to serve!
