We absolutely love this collab recipe with Save Da Sea plant-based 'salmon' lox! Also made with Violife cream cheese, our lemon 🍋 sea spice and deliciously fresh Terra breads, chives plus capers for cuteness. All 6 ingredients found at whole foods - we recommend enjoying with friends!
Slice baguette into ½ inch slices and place on a lined baking sheet. Broil on low for 30 seconds or until lightly toasted - flip and roast the opposite side.
While crostinis are cooling, empty entire cream cheese into a medium bowl and mix with one heaping TBSP of Lemon Sea Spice - a fork will work best!
Spread each crostini with a generous amount of the cream cheese. Top with a piece of the smoked ‘salmon’, a small piece of dill and 2-3 capers.
Serve immediately and enjoy with friends!
