Because perfectly seasoned chickpeas inside a blanket of carbs is the move
To make these chickpeas, drain and rinse a can of chickpeas, and peel off the skin (peeling the skin helps with crispness but you can leave it on if you find it too tedious to peel them).
Add the chickpeas to a bowl and add:
1 tbsp of avocado oil
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp Lemon SEA SPICE.
Mix it all up to coat them evenly, pour into your air fryer and air fry for 10 minutes.
If you don’t have an air fryer you can roast in the oven for 30 minutes at 400° as well.
For the tacos, start with a creamy base (we recommend a nice green goddess dressing) and then pour on the chickpeas, some tomato, pickled onion, sautéed mushroom, and lettuce, and sprinkled more Lemon SEA SPICE on top!
