With Thanksgiving this weekend, it’s the perfect time to share a super easy, tasty, unique, fall dish!
Delicata squash with pine nuts featuring Sriracha Sea Spice
What you’ll need:
Over medium heat toast the pine nuts!
Stir frequently and don’t look away - they burn easily!
You’ll know they’re done when you can smell them and they’re golden brown. Remove from pan.
Slice Delicata squash as pictured below - yes, you can eat the skin!
Place in a roasting dish and drizzle olive oil over top, add salt and pep to taste, shake on some Sriracha Sea Spice - approx 10 shakes should do the trick :)
Roast in the oven at 350 for approx 20-25 mins, stir halfway through.
Once removed from the oven, sprinkle the roasted pine nuts on top and serve!
